Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

This document explains how BH Properties ("we", "the Company") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the use of bh-properties.com ("the Site"), and the terms that apply to using it. It has two parts: a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Using the Site and submitting your details constitute acceptance of this document in full. The Hebrew version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

01General

BH Properties provides advisory and concierge services for Dubai real-estate investors. We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, including Amendment No. 13 which entered into force in August 2025. 02Information we collect

Information you provide

When you complete a contact form or reach out to us, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Providing this information is voluntary and not legally required, but without it we cannot contact you or provide you with information.

Information collected automatically

While browsing, technical information is collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed and actions taken. Under Amendment 13, IP addresses and cookie identifiers are treated as "personal data" and are therefore covered by this policy.

03Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and third-party measurement and analytics tools to understand and improve how the Site is used, and for advertising and marketing. The main tools:

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings, but blocking may impair some Site functions.

04How we use the information

• Responding to inquiries, making contact and providing information on properties and investments.
• Sending marketing and promotional content and remarketing, subject to your consent (see section 5).
• Analyzing, measuring and improving the Site and service.
• Complying with the law and requests of competent authorities.

05Direct marketing and your choices

By submitting your details, you confirm that BH Properties may contact you and send you marketing and promotional content (including by email, SMS and WhatsApp), in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You may unsubscribe at any time via the opt-out link in each message or by contacting dan@bh-properties.com.

06Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. We may share information with: (a) service providers that process data on our behalf (such as the measurement, advertising and hosting providers above); (b) competent authorities, where required by law; (c) an acquirer, in the event of a merger or transfer of activity, subject to this policy.

07International transfer of data

Use of the tools above involves transferring and storing data with providers operating outside Israel, including in the United States, where a different data-protection regime may apply. By using the Site and submitting details, you consent to this transfer.

08Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including managing our relationship with you and meeting legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see section 10).

09Data security

We take reasonable measures to secure the information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

10Your rights

• Right of access (Section 13): to review the information held about you.
• Right of correction (Section 14): to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.
• Deletion: to request deletion of information no longer required.
• Removal from direct mailing: to demand in writing that information relating to you be removed from a database used for personal solicitation or direct mail.

11Security incident

In the event of a serious security incident we will act in accordance with the law, including reporting to the Privacy Protection Authority and notifying affected individuals where required.

12Children

The Site is not intended for minors under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

13Third-party links

The Site may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

15Acceptance of terms

Use of the Site is subject to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

16Information only - not advice

All content on the Site, including prices, projects, figures and yields, is provided for general information and marketing purposes only, and does not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to enter into a transaction. Independent professional advice should be obtained before any decision or engagement.

17No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "As Is" and as available. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will operate without faults or interruptions.

18Illustrative figures

Prices, payment plans, yield figures, plans and renderings are illustrative only, subject to change, and do not constitute a commitment. Past performance or projections do not guarantee future results.

19Intellectual property

All rights in the Site content, including text, images, logo and trademarks, belong to BH Properties or its licensors. No use, copying or reproduction is permitted without prior written consent.

20Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BH Properties shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including damage arising from reliance on Site content or from investment decisions made on its basis.

21Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai / United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing herein derogates from protective rights that cannot be waived under Israeli law applicable to users in Israel.
