Accessibility Statement

BH Properties is committed to equal service for everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to make our websites accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The Hebrew version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

01Scope

This statement covers bh-properties.com, including the Meydan investment page and the Why Dubai page, and the international site global.bh-properties.com.

02Level of accessibility

We have adapted the sites to the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, except for the parts listed in section 05.

03What we have done

• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page, and the site can be navigated with the keyboard.
• Headings and page regions (header, main content, footer) that screen readers recognise.
• Text colour contrast that meets the standard.
• Alternative text for images that carry information.
• Forms with clear labels, and a written error message when a phone number is not valid.
• A layout adapted to phones, with zoom available.
• If "Reduce motion" is turned on in your device settings, the site shows less animation.

04How we tested

We tested the sites with the axe automated checker and by keyboard, in Chrome and Safari, on desktop and on phones. The latest check was on 4 October 2026.

05Parts not yet fully accessible

• The home page has a moving developer strip, and the home page and the Why Dubai page have background videos that start on their own. They do not yet have a pause button.
• The 3D map on the investment page is a graphic element. Its key information, the location in Meydan and the distance to Burj Khalifa, also appears in the page text.

We are working to complete these.

06Service adjustments

Our service is given by phone, on WhatsApp and on video calls. If you need an adjustment, for example a conversation in writing only or a document in an accessible format, contact our accessibility coordinator and we will adapt the service.
